  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
    1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, salt and black pepper to taste
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken in the cheesy sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
