Method
 

  1. Cook the Protein: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or chicken until fully browned and no pink remains. Drain off any excess fat. Allow it to cool slightly.

  2. Mash and Mix Vegetables: In a separate bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato and mashed carrots. Stir in the finely chopped cooked spinach.

  3. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked and cooled ground turkey or chicken to the vegetable mixture. Crack in the egg and add the finely chopped parsley and optional oregano.
