Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz Ranch seasoning mix packet
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
  • 3 green onions sliced

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Fold in half of the crumbled bacon and half of the sliced green onions.
  5. Transfer the dip to an oven-safe baking dish (an 8x8 inch pan works well). Sprinkle the remaining bacon and green onions evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

For an extra cheesy kick, you can add a tablespoon of cream cheese or a splash of heavy cream to the mixture. This dip can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
