- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
- Fold in half of the crumbled bacon and half of the sliced green onions.
- Transfer the dip to an oven-safe baking dish (an 8x8 inch pan works well). Sprinkle the remaining bacon and green onions evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
- Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
For an extra cheesy kick, you can add a tablespoon of cream cheese or a splash of heavy cream to the mixture. This dip can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
