Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chilled green tea brewed and cooled
  • 2 fresh yuzu fruits or substitute with lemon if not available
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lemon sliced, for garnish
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups of green tea and let it cool completely.
  • Juice the fresh yuzu fruits and strain to remove seeds.
  • In a bowl, mix yuzu juice with honey until well combined.
  • Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the chilled green tea and yuzu-honey mixture.
  • Stir gently and garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste!

Notes

Substitute yuzu with lemon or a mix of lemon and orange if yuzu is hard to find.
Adjust honey based on your preferred sweetness level.
For extra fizz, replace half of the green tea with sparkling water.
