Method
- Begin by brewing your favorite strong coffee. Allow it to cool completely, or even better, chill it in the refrigerator. This ensures your frappuccino won't be diluted by warm liquid.1 cup strong brewed coffee
- In the pitcher of your Ninja blender (or any high-powered blender), combine the chilled coffee, milk, 1/4 cup of caramel sauce, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.1 cup strong brewed coffee, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup caramel sauce, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Add the 3 cups of ice cubes to the blender pitcher. For a thicker consistency, you can add slightly more ice, and for a thinner drink, use a little less.3 cups ice cubes
- Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and has reached a thick, slushy consistency. You may need to use the tamper if your blender has one, to help push the ice down towards the blades.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce around the inside of your serving glass. This adds an extra layer of flavor and visual appeal.extra caramel sauce
- Pour the blended Ninja Slushi Caramel Frappuccino into your prepared glass.
- Top generously with whipped cream and an additional drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired. Serve immediately and savor your homemade creation.whipped cream, extra caramel sauce
Notes
Best enjoyed immediately after blending. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours, but may become more liquidy. To refresh, stir well; add more ice and re-blend if too thin, or a splash of milk if too thick. Freezing is not recommended.
