- Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and mix it in well. Ensure the cinnamon is evenly distributed for a consistent flavor and aroma.1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Take small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls or flatten them into cookie shapes. You can also press the dough into small molds if you have them.
- Place the formed treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30-60 minutes, or until the treats are firm enough to handle easily.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Can be frozen for 2-3 months. Do not reheat.
