Ingredients
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine the finely crushed graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are thoroughly moistened, resembling damp sand. This will form the delightful crunchy layer at the bottom of your parfaits.2 cups graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup butter
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and the cold milk. Continue whisking for about 2 minutes, or until the pudding begins to thicken. Set aside to allow it to set further.1 (3.4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix, 2 cups milk
- Begin by spooning a layer of the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of your parfait glasses or small jars. You can use about 2-3 tablespoons per glass, depending on the size of your serving dishes.2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- Next, carefully spoon a generous layer of the prepared chocolate pudding over the graham cracker crumbs. Aim for an even layer, ensuring good coverage.1 (3.4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- Dollop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff over the chocolate pudding. You can either spoon it directly or, for a smoother distribution, gently spread it with the back of your spoon or a small spatula.1 jar marshmallow fluff, 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- Liberally drizzle chocolate syrup over the marshmallow fluff layer. This adds an extra punch of chocolatey goodness and visual appeal.½ cup chocolate syrup, 1 jar marshmallow fluff
- Continue layering in the same order: graham cracker crumbs, chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate syrup. Aim for at least two full sets of layers in each parfait glass to create a beautiful, layered effect.2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix, 1 jar marshmallow fluff, ½ cup chocolate syrup
- Top off your parfaits with a final drizzle of chocolate syrup or some optional garnishes such as mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, or a few extra graham cracker pieces. Cover the parfaits and refrigerate them for at least 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to firm up slightly before serving.½ cup chocolate syrup, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces
