- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Gradually add the water, mixing until a firm dough forms. You may not need all the water, or you might need a tiny bit more, depending on humidity and flour absorption.½ cup water
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll the dough to about ¼-inch thickness using a rolling pin.
- Use cookie cutters to cut out your desired biscuit shapes. Gently transfer the cut biscuits to the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the biscuits are firm to the touch.
- Turn off the oven, leave the door ajar, and allow the biscuits to cool completely inside the oven. This helps them crisp up nicely.
