- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, natural peanut butter, and unsweetened applesauce.1 cup Rolled Oats, 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter, 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- Stir the ingredients together until a thick, dough-like consistency forms. It should be firm enough to roll or shape.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, or flatten them slightly with a fork to create classic cookie shapes. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the cookies are firm to the touch.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
