  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter unsweetened and xylitol-free
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

Equipment

  • - Oven
  • - Baking Sheet
  • - Parchment Paper
  • Medium Bowl
  • Wire rack

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

1 cup Rolled Oats, 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter, 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  3. Stir the ingredients together until a thick, dough-like consistency forms. It should be firm enough to roll or shape.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, or flatten them slightly with a fork to create classic cookie shapes. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the cookies are firm to the touch.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
