Ingredients
  

Base
  • 8-12 oz water lukewarm (≈110 °F / 43 °C)
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt finely ground; do not use table salt
Optional Flavor Boosters
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced for flavor and Vitamin C
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional; for sweetness and antioxidants
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar optional; for tang and probiotics

Method
 

  1. Warm the water to about 110 °F / 43 °C (lukewarm, not hot).
  2. Stir in 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add any optional ingredients: juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp raw honey, and 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar.
  4. Use a wooden or plastic spoon to stir the mixture thoroughly for 20–30 seconds.
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
