Method
- Warm the filtered water until it’s comfortably warm but not hot.
- Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until completely dissolved.
- Mix in the apple cider vinegar (shake the bottle before using to include the beneficial enzymes).
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and stir well.
- Optionally, add raw honey for natural sweetness and stir until dissolved.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating or drinking coffee.
Notes
This drink is best enjoyed fresh. Use raw apple cider vinegar for probiotic benefits, and avoid using boiling water to preserve nutrients. Feel free to adjust the salt and lemon to taste.
