Ingredients

Dip Base
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix Dry mix
Flavor Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup Diced Cherry Tomatoes Seed removed
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Green Onions
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon Crumbled
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground

Method

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well incorporated, using an electric mixer or a sturdy spoon.
  2. Add the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, the dry ranch seasoning mix, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Gently fold in the diced cherry tomatoes, chopped green onions, and crumbled bacon. Be careful not to overmix, as you want the texture of the add-ins to remain distinct.
  4. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or ideally overnight). This chilling time is crucial for the flavors to meld together.
  5. Before serving, transfer the dip to a decorative serving bowl. Garnish the top with a light sprinkle of extra chopped green onion or paprika for color.
  6. Serve chilled with an assortment of dippers, such as sturdy tortilla chips, pita bread triangles, or crisp vegetable sticks like carrots and celery.

Notes

This dip is best served cold. For a bolder flavor, you can add 1 tablespoon of dried dill or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture. If making ahead, only add the crumbled bacon just before the final chill for maximum crunch.
