Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Cold Foam Base
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream cold
  • 2 tbsp 2% milk or half and half, cold
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree not pie filling
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tsp sugar adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine the heavy cream, milk or half and half, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla syrup, and sugar in a small bowl or measuring cup.
  2. Use a handheld milk frother to froth the mixture for about 30–60 seconds, until it's foamy and nearly doubled in volume.
  3. Pour the frothy pumpkin cold foam over your favorite iced coffee or cold brew.
  4. Optionally, garnish with a dash of pumpkin pie spice or caramel drizzle.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
