- Combine the heavy cream, milk or half and half, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla syrup, and sugar in a small bowl or measuring cup.
- Use a handheld milk frother to froth the mixture for about 30–60 seconds, until it's foamy and nearly doubled in volume.
- Pour the frothy pumpkin cold foam over your favorite iced coffee or cold brew.
- Optionally, garnish with a dash of pumpkin pie spice or caramel drizzle.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Make it your own by adjusting sweetness, using non-dairy alternatives, or trying other fall spices like cinnamon or nutmeg. Best enjoyed fresh!
