Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee strong, pre-made or homemade
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or your preferred milk
  • 1 scoop Salted Caramel Protein Powder whey, plant-based, etc.
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • A small pinch Sea Salt optional, to enhance sweetness and caramel flavor
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar-Free Salted Caramel Syrup optional, for extra sweetness/flavor
  • A dollop Whipped Cream optional, for topping
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Toffee Bits optional, for topping

Equipment

  • Blender

Method

  1. If you don't have pre-made cold brew, brew a strong batch of your favorite coffee using a cold brew method or a very concentrated hot brew and let it cool completely. Measure out 1 cup of your prepared cold brew coffee.
    1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
  2. Pour the 1 cup of cold brew coffee into a blender. Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice).
1 cup Cold Brew Coffee, 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  3. Add 1 scoop of your favorite salted caramel flavored protein powder to the blender. Ensure it's evenly distributed to avoid clumps.
1 scoop Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  4. If you prefer a sweeter beverage or want to amplify the caramel flavor, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar-free salted caramel syrup at this stage.
1-2 tablespoons Sugar-Free Salted Caramel Syrup
  5. For a more pronounced salted caramel experience, add a small pinch of sea salt. This will help balance the sweetness and enhance the caramel notes.
    A small pinch Sea Salt
  6. Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender. This will create a cold, refreshing, and slightly thicker consistency, much like a blended coffee drink.
    1 cup Ice Cubes
  7. Securely fasten the lid on your blender. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no remaining protein powder lumps and the ice is fully incorporated.
  8. Carefully pour your Salted Caramel Protein Cold Brew into a tall glass.
  9. For an extra touch of indulgence, top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed toffee bits.
A dollop Whipped Cream, 1 teaspoon Crushed Toffee Bits

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately after preparation for optimal freshness and texture. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking. For freezing, pour into ice cube trays or a freezer-safe bag and blend with more milk for a smoothie-like consistency.
