Seven-Layer Dip Ingredients
  • 1 can refried beans 16-ounce
  • 1 container sour cream 16-ounce
  • 1 package taco seasoning 1-ounce
  • 2 ripe avocados mashed
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Spread the refried beans evenly across the bottom of a large serving dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread the mixture over the beans.
  3. Mash the avocados and mix with lime juice. Spread this guacamole layer over the sour cream.
  4. Gently spread the salsa over the guacamole layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa.
  6. Top with sliced black olives and chopped green onions.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize your dip with additional toppings like chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, or fresh cilantro. Best served chilled with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
