  • 1/4 cup cooked brown rice

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley optional, for freshness, without any additives

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 cup of lean ground turkey until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat thoroughly.

Notes
