- If you’re using store-bought caramel sauce, ensure it's at room temperature for easy blending. If you’re making your own, this is your chance to shine!3 tablespoons caramel sauce
- In a blender, add the milk, ice cubes, 3 tablespoons of caramel sauce, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.1.5 cups milk, 1 cup ice cubes, 3 tablespoons caramel sauce, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and has a thick, slushy consistency. You might need to stop and scrape down the sides once or twice.
- For that signature ribbon crunch, you can add a tablespoon or two of the crushed toffee or caramel candy bits directly into the blender and pulse a few times just to incorporate them slightly. Avoid over-blending at this stage if you want distinct crunchy pieces.1/4 cup crushed buttery toffee or caramel candy bits
- Drizzle a generous amount of extra caramel sauce in a swirling pattern around the inside of your serving glass. This creates that beautiful visual ribbon effect.3 tablespoons caramel sauce
- Pour the blended Frappuccino mixture into the prepared glass.
- Top generously with whipped cream. Drizzle more caramel sauce over the whipped cream and finally, sprinkle the remaining crushed toffee or caramel candy bits over the top for that ultimate crunchy finish.1/2 cup whipped cream, 3 tablespoons caramel sauce, 1/4 cup crushed buttery toffee or caramel candy bits
- Enjoy your homemade Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino straight away while it’s cold and perfectly blended!
Notes
While best enjoyed immediately, you can store any leftover Starbucks Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. The texture may change slightly, becoming less blended and more like a thick milkshake. To reheat or refresh, give it a good stir or a quick pulse in the blender to re-emulsify. Freezing for later is not recommended as the ice crystals can become too large, affecting the texture significantly.
