Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 2 pounds, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix 6 oz, any flavor
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 10.75 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chicken broth or water
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Prepare the chicken by cutting into uniform 1-inch cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, cut chicken uniformly and don't skip pre-cooking. Stuffing can be prepared slightly drier than package directions to prevent soggy casserole.
