  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt plain, full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
