- In a mason jar, airtight container, or bowl, add the rolled oats, protein powder, and chia seeds. Stir these dry ingredients together thoroughly to ensure the protein powder and chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the oats. - Stir everything together until all the ingredients are well combined and there are no dry pockets of oats or protein powder. Ensure the chia seeds are submerged in the liquid to allow them to gel properly. The mixture should be homogenous, with no clumps.
- Cover the container tightly with a lid or plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight. This crucial chilling period allows the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften, creating that signature creamy, pudding-like texture.
- In the morning, give your Strawberry Overnight Oats Protein a quick stir. If it’s too thick for your liking, you can add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days in an airtight container. Enjoy cold, or stir in a splash more milk if too thick.
