  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional, for added sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds optional, for added fiber and omega-3s

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine the frozen strawberries, frozen peach slices, yogurt, and milk in a blender.
  2. Add honey (if using) and chia seeds (if using) to the blender.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a bit more honey or your preferred sweetener.
  5. Pour the smoothie into two glasses.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra frosty smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes before blending. Feel free to substitute almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk for dairy milk. You can also add a handful of spinach for a nutritional boost without significantly altering the taste.
