Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1/2 Seedless watermelon Cut into 1-inch thick rectangular slices
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons Tajin Clásico Seasoning Or more, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Chamoy Sauce For drizzling

Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare the watermelon by washing it thoroughly. Cut the half watermelon into uniform slices, approximately 1 inch thick.
  2. Arrange the watermelon slices flat on a large serving platter or individual plates.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the fresh lime juice. Dip a pastry brush or use a spoon to lightly coat the top surface of each watermelon slice with the lime juice.
  4. Generously sprinkle the Tajin Clásico Seasoning over the lime-coated surface of the watermelon slices. Ensure an even coating.
  5. Drizzle the chamoy sauce artistically over the seasoned watermelon slices. The amount depends on your preference for sweet/tangy flavor.
  6. Serve immediately while the watermelon is cold and crisp for the best flavor combination.

Notes

This snack is best made just before serving to maintain the freshness and texture of the Tajin seasoning. For an extra kick, add a pinch of chili powder with the Tajin.
