Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 0.5 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
  • 0.25 cup plain, unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp bone broth powder (plain, unsalted)

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken breast.

  2. Add the cooked white rice to the bowl.

  3. Stir in the cooked, mashed sweet potato until well incorporated.

  4. Add the plain, unsweetened pumpkin puree.

  5. Pour in the olive oil.

  7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a uniform texture is achieved.

  8. Form the mixture into small, bone-shaped treats (about 1 inch pieces) or simply small balls.
  9. Place the treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
  11. Allow the treats to cool completely before serving to your dog.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 2-3 months. Best served at room temperature.
