- Boil or bake the boneless, skinless chicken breast until thoroughly cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Allow it to cool slightly, then shred it finely.
- Prepare 1 cup of uncooked white rice according to the package instructions. Ensure it is fully cooked and tender, then let it cool.
- Cook the sweet potato until fork-tender, then mash it smoothly. Cook the peas until tender and mash them likewise.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, mashed sweet potato, and mashed peas.1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (cooked and shredded), 1 cup uncooked white rice (cooked according to package directions), 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato (mashed), 1/4 cup cooked peas (mashed)
- If desired, drizzle in the olive oil and mix thoroughly to distribute.1 tablespoon olive oil
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls or flatten them into small treats.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
