Ingredients

Dip Base
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Toppings
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Cooked Ham diced
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple Tidbits drained well
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese extra, for topping
  • 2 tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes optional, for garnish
For Serving
  • Tortilla Chips or pita bread/baguette slices

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium oven-safe baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches or similar volume).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the diced ham and the well-drained pineapple tidbits into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spoon the ham and pineapple cream cheese mixture evenly over the sauce layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of whole mozzarella cheese over the top layer of the dip. If using, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the top is golden brown. The internal temperature should be hot throughout.
  7. Allow the dip to cool for 5 minutes before serving hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or crostini.

Notes

Ensure the pineapple is very well-drained, as excess moisture can make the dip watery. This dip travels well; assemble completely, cover, and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking. Add an extra layer of ham for a heartier dip.
