  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing for a tangier flavor)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese divided (or use all cheddar if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or a shallow oven-safe skillet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Use a rubber spatula or an electric mixer on low speed to beat until smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no lumps of cream cheese for a truly creamy texture.

  3. Stir in the shredded cooked chicken and 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of the shredded Monterey Jack cheese into the cream cheese mixture. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
