Ingredients
  

Graham Cracker Crust Base
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 full crackers)

Cheesecake Dip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar sifted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dippers and Decorations
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional, e.g., walnuts or pecans
  • Assorted cookies e.g., shortbread, sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies
  • Pretzels chocolate-covered or plain
  • Chocolate-covered strawberries store-bought or homemade
  • Chocolate syrup or caramel sauce for drizzling

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a serving platter or a shallow dessert board. This creates a simple, edible base for your dessert board. You can also press it into the bottom of small ramekins if you prefer individual crust bases.

  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar and continue beating until well combined and no lumps remain. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat again until the mixture is light, fluffy, and has a smooth, spreadable consistency. This will take a couple of minutes.

  3. Spoon the creamy cheesecake dip into one or two small bowls or ramekins. Place these strategically on your dessert board.

  4. Artfully arrange the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries around the cheesecake dip and the crust base. Aim for a vibrant and colorful display.

  5. Place your chosen cookies, including both full cookies and broken pieces for variety, onto the board. Mix and match different textures and flavors.

  6. Scatter the mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and pretzels across the board. If you have chocolate-covered strawberries, place them as a special indulgence.
