Method
 

  1. Ensure your bananas are ripe – this is key for sweetness and creamy texture. Peel and slice them before freezing them in a single layer on a baking sheet for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. This step is crucial for achieving that thick, ice-cream-like consistency without needing excessive ice.
