Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast Excellent source of lean protein for muscle development and energy.
  • 1 cup cooked, mashed sweet potato Provides fiber for healthy digestion and beta-carotene for vision and skin health.
  • 1/2 cup cooked, pureed carrots Rich in vitamins A and K, supporting immune function and healthy skin.
  • 1/4 cup cooked, rolled oats A gentle source of soluble fiber for digestive support and sustained energy.
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed Offers omega-3 fatty acids for skin and coat health, promoting suppleness.
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil A healthy fat that can contribute to a shiny coat and may have anti-inflammatory properties.

Method
 

  1. Boil or bake 2 cups of chicken breast until fully cooked. Allow it to cool slightly, then shred it into small, bite-sized pieces.

  2. Boil or steam 1 cup of sweet potato until very tender. Mash it thoroughly with a fork or potato masher until smooth.

  3. Steam or boil 1/2 cup of peeled carrots until tender. Puree them in a blender or food processor until smooth.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed sweet potato, pureed carrots, and cooked rolled oats.
